Grilled-Crusted-Albacore

Thanks to Woody, Forrest St. Martin, was able to cook this dish up today.

After being covered in wasabi and peanuts, this albacore Tuna was cooked for 3 minutes on each side in coconut oil, butter, garlic, white wine, garlic salt, pepper and lemon grass, the sprinkled with finely chopped basil. Thanks Woody!
