Pork Butt Tonight!

This is a slow cooked pork butt that’s been on a slow smoke for three hours.

I have been adding about 10-12 coals every 40 minutes, along with a couple handfuls of Whiskey barreled chips.

I’m about to mix up a brown sugar, Bud Light, ketchup and honey baste that I will apply every 30 minutes.

I can’t wait to take a bite out of this swine!
